Lorenzo Lamas' ex-wife, Michele Cathy Smith, died on Saturday, January 20, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner’s office confirmed to RadarOnline.com exclusively. The Coroner’s office told Radar there was “no cause of death yet,” and the toxicology tests would be performed to determine the manner in which she died. The Coroner also told
